I’m Anika – a Veteran and the heart (and hands) behind Bundts and Batters. What started as a simple love for baking has grown into a greater love for creating sweet memories for others. I run my cottage bakery from my home, where each dessert is handcrafted with care, using family-inspired recipes and high-quality ingredients. Bundt-style Pound Cakes will always be my personal favorite, but my heart for baking goes far beyond that. I started Bundts and Batters because I’m passionate about all things batter—whether it’s pancakes, brownies, cupcakes, wedding cakes, or cookie cakes. If it starts in a mixing bowl, chances are I’ve made it (or I’m about to try!).

Baking isn’t just a business for me—it’s a way to connect with people and celebrate the moments that matter.
